I've been using this journal every night since I received it. It's been helping me to prioritize how I spend my time and how to manage my feelings of wanting to "do it all" with something more balanced. I especially appreciate the section about planning the next day: waking up with an intention & plan to handle anticipated issues in a calm, thought-out manner has helped me to ease those frantic feelings of everything moving too fast. Plus, the beautiful design is wonderful to work with!

This journal does just what the title promises - it helps you calm the chaos with purposeful prompts designed to guide prioritization and focus. My favorite part is the opportunity to reflect on "something I need to let go of, but trust will work out." Such an important reminder - and lesson! This book is an overdue update to the traditional to-do list!

The beauty of this journal lies in its simplicity. Taking a few minutes each night to reflect back on the current day and prepare for tomorrow really helps me feel calmer and more organized. Definitely recommend giving it a try!

There is something so simple and yet so comprehensive about the prompts in this daily practice. I do feel more peaceful, and I love how it focuses on the important aspects of peace. And it is so pretty to look at. This has helped me so much, I am going to get these as gifts for friends as well.

I've always tried to journal and make to-do lists at night, but sometimes I am just too tired to spend 30 minutes doing them and want to go to sleep. This is perfect because it has prompts and because of that I usually only need 10 min to do. It helps me to be more mindful during the day and helps me reflect on what really matters.
