Glossy large photos added to the history. Well researched, not dry. If the Tango interests you, then this is a good book.

Every Argentine Tango Dancer Needs to own this book. Great color pictures, covers many years, and information on history and style.

This book has a good historical account of the tango dance. I would have liked to have seen a deeper development of the steps and meaning but would still recommend the book as it is well written and a quick read.

Excelent book! Beeing a native of Argentina I grew up with Tango.The pictures, chronology, history of Tango on this book are very accurate.
